One feature that tends to stand out on his face is that he has a thick and full goatee unlike the color on the hair on his head his facial hair is a fiery red color! Another noticeable feature is that he has very pale white skin even when in a sunny region he barely tans at all. |

| Personal History | Owen was born and raised in a small community in Ohio. His mother and father were both renowned researchers for the Federation and felt that the best way to educate their son was to do it them selves as they felt nobody was better qualified than them. They gave their son what can only be considered a grueling and challenging academic upbringing, where the cultivation of the mind was the absolute most essential priority of the household. As they had no other children. Owen's parents were able to focus their entire wealth of knowledge on him as he grew up. By the age of 14 Owen and his parents both noticed a distinct aptitude for the biological sciences, particularly medicine. After careful consideration, both Owen and his parents came to the conclusion that it would be in his best interest to join Starfleet and become a doctor. |
