Personal History Elizabeth Bordeaux was born in 2363 in the Scarsborough district of Toronto. As a child Liz would often accompany her mother, a pianist, to musical productions in the theatre district. Her father was an ornithologist studying bird migration, as was often away from home. On her thirteenth birthday, her father took her with him on a research trip, which probably spawned her interest in biology. After finishing secondary school, Liz decided to join Starfleet Academy to study exobiology and planetary evolution. During her fourth year, she studied abroad on Andoria to research quadsexual reproduction. Liz's brother is a primary school teacher in New York.
