Nominated by Captain Harvey Geisler 		For being steadfast with the simulation in spite of moving, job searching, and an interesting work life. I have no doubt that Nick desires to play aboard the Black Hawk as he has stuck by my side through thick and thin. In addition to being steadfast, I want to thank Nick for powering through the rough patches we had in the last few months.

Nominated by Captain Harvey Geisler 		Commander Teixeira has proven yet again his value to the Black Hawk with his contributions both In Character and Out of Character. His attention to detail during our planning sessions, and his ability to play anyone when the situation called for it proved to be essential to this mission's success. I am proud to have him not just among the crew, but as my XO as well.
