Nominated by Commodore Harvey Geisler 		Lieutenant Metsker came aboard swinging like he'd been with us the whole time. Though hurricanes and other issues have forced him to take a LOA, I know that he would have been just as fantastic through the rest of the mission. For that reason, and his incredible writing since coming aboard, I grant Lieutenant Metsker the CO's Honor.
