Hi everyone! There are a couple things I wanted to share with you all...

1. As of December 5, 2014 (last Friday), the USS Black Hawk has turned 1. So, Happy First Birthday to the USS Black Hawk!

2. I want to extend a hearty "Thank You!" to the Last Men Standing (who were a part of the original 6 who helped the Black Hawk achieve Active status): Lt. JG Harold Sherman, who is currently under a ELOA, and Lt. JG Noxa. So, with the best words in the English language, THANK YOU!

3. I received notification in the night from Commodore Scarlet Cameron, Task Force 9's XO. I have been officially promoted to the rank of Captain. As we're currently in the middle of a mission, I will not be immediately assuming this rank. Depending on how Razmena ends will determine when Harvey will become a Captain. 4. Lastly, I want to thank each and every one of you regardless of how long you've been here. Only when we work and write together does the Black Hawk come alive and be successful. I look forward to 2015 and the surprises and adventures it brings!
