Mission: Extinction
Location: Holodeck
Timeline: Mission Day 23 at 0730

On his off time, Voss was spending most of his time in the holodeck, training for the SAR team.
His latest training...mountain climbing.

He started on small hills, doing free climbing as well as using the climbing equipment. Even on the small hills, Voss had some problems....he kept falling down.

No matter what he did...different shoes....different equipment...nothing seemed to help.

But...he kept on trying.

It took weeks...but he finally started mastering the skill needed to mountain climb.

The hills got higher...he still was able to climb them.

On his last attempt at the big mountain, he started climbing, but when he got about 40 feet high, he slipped, and thank goodness w=this was a holodeck, cause the computer paused the program and he only fell about 5 feet.

With his...pride hurt, he returned to training....and after numerous attempts, he finally mastered the big mountain.
