For the last two years, the crew of the Akira-Class USS Black Hawk-B have been forced through the tumbler where rocks become precious gems. This ship and crew now are among the best and the brightest in the Gamma Quadrant. Some have started families, others have found love, and others find solace in the bottom of a bottle.
The USS Black Hawk is now returning to the unknown, no longer on missions to dig and investigate deep, dark secrets, but to boldly go where no one has gone before. Little do any of them know that what they will soon encounter will be their greatest test of all!

With that, Mission 27 AND Season 4 have come to an end. "Imposters Among Us" will remain open for all of those remaining posts to come to an end.
I want to thank each and every one of you. Without your contributions, your willingness to participate in this wild and crazy sim and these torturous adventures, none of this would be possible.
So, what's next?
Well, for us players, we are officially in the holiday season. Feel free to write as time and muse allows.
For our characters, we're going to employ the ever-popular timeskip. The current In-Character date is July 8, 2390. Season 5 will begin in late-January 2391. That's roughly five months later.
During these five months, there will be shore leave and patrolling the Gavara system and surrounding sectors. Quiet life. Feel free to write for your characters during that time in Mission 28: Interlude. New characters are welcome to officially join us during this time.

As we finish our current mission, I've gone ahead and opened our next one "Epitaph." This will be an "interlude" mission that will be happening between now and January 1st when we'll kick off Season 5. A few JPs have already started there.
This mission will span from July 9, 2390 to February 1, 2391. During this time, the Black Hawk will be operating out of Gavara IV and will make regular runs to Gamma Command.

Mission 25 is over.
Mission 26 has one post remaining and will come in the next 48 hours.
And Mission 27 has started.
